At Dozo, we want you to love your mattress from the very first night. That’s why we offer a 100 Nights Free Trial , so you can try it at home, worry-free. If you’re not completely satisfied within 100 nights, we’ll arrange a return and give you a 100% refund.

How it works:

  1. Try it for 100 nights

    • Your trial begins from the date of delivery.

    • Sleep on it, test it, and see if it’s right for you.

  2. Condition for returns

    • Please keep the mattress in its original condition, with tags, labels, and warranty card intact.

    • The mattress must be free from stains, damage, or misuse.

  3. How to initiate a return/replacement

    • Call our customer care team at +91 95133 79744  within your 100-night trial period.

    • Our team will note your request, guide you through the process, and arrange a free pickup within the specified time frame.

  4. Pickup & quality check

    • Our pickup partner may conduct an on-site quality check at the time of collection.

    • The mattress will also undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.

    • If it passes, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

    • In case of replacement, the original mattress will be picked up first, and then the replacement will be shipped,subject to stock availability and serviceability of your location.

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed.


  1. Exceptions

    • If the returned mattress fails the quality check (due to damage, stains, or misuse), it will be sent back to you and the trial offer will be void.

    • The 100 Nights Trial is applicable only on first purchase of a Dozo mattress and cannot be availed more than once per household.
