The Products will be shipped once we receive your order confirmation and, in case of prepaid orders, upon receipt of the applicable payment. When you place an order for Products through the Dozo website (the “Site”), the Products will be shipped to the address you provide as the “Shipping Address” during checkout, provided that such Shipping Address is serviceable by us.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Shipping Address is accessible for delivery vehicles and that the building or premises where delivery is to be made has a lift or stairwell of sufficient size and capacity to accommodate the Product. In cases where special arrangements are required due to access constraints, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred to deliver the Product to your Shipping Address. You can check the serviceability of your location by entering your PIN code on the Site.
The title and ownership of the Products shall remain with Dozo until they are delivered to you at the Shipping Address. Any damage to the Product after successful delivery shall be at your risk, except as otherwise provided under our warranty, returns, and refund policies.
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit due to an error on the part of Dozo or our logistics partner, we will make our best efforts to assist you in retrieving your shipment or arranging for a replacement of the damaged Product.
